Specifications» Assembly dimensions and mounting types meet CETOP RP43P standards. » 8 standard mounting types. » Piston diameter: 32 mm -100 mm » Piston rod diameter: 12 mm - 25 mm » Stroke length up to 2000 mm» With optional stroke end adjustable cushioning version » With optional magnetic piston version» With optional double rod version» With optional stainless rod versionTechnical Specifications Standards:Assembly dimensions and mountings meet CETOP RP43P standardPiston diameter and piston rod diameter comply with ISO 3320 standardTest standard is ISO 10099.Maximum Operating Pressure: 10 Bar (1 MPa) Fluid Type: Filtered dry or lubricated compressed air. If oil lubricated air will be used, it is recommended to use MAG special air preparation oil.Operating Temperature: -20 °C to +80 °C.Optionally, it can be manufactured with an operating temperature between -30 °C and +200 °C.Piston Speed: Maximum 1 m/s.System cleanliness: Particle size in compressed air should be maximum 50 µm.Magnetic Sensor:MAG MCS1-Z series sensor should be used.Application Conditions: » Movement axes and connection points of pneumatic cylinder and piston rod should be mechanically aligned. Any lateral loads to piston rod and piston bearings should be avoided. » Buckling length and buckling load of piston rod and/or pneumatic cylinder should be considered. » Maximum operating pressure should be complied at each operation of pneumatic cylinder. » Adverse effects such as aggressive fine particles, vapours, high temperature and compressed air contamination should be avoided.   Materials: Cylinder tube is manufactured from anodic coated aluminium profile material.Piston rod is manufactured from Ck45 material with a surface plated with minimum 20 µm hard chrome at f7 tolerance.   Front and rear covers are manufactured by aluminium injection moulding. Test: Each cylinder is subjected to internal and external leak tightness test in accordance with MAG standards and ISO 10099 standards before being shipped. Warranty and Service:MAG ANS-MNS series cylinders are under the warranty of our company for 2 years. Also, service and spare part support is provided for 10 years. User induced errors and errors resulting from inappropriate operating conditions are outside the scope of warranty. Service and repair activities are performed by MAG personnel. In the cases of any damage which may occur during assembly of the product to system and any intervention on product made by persons other than MAG personnel for the purpose of repair and maintenance, the warranty of product is cancelled.  You can contact with us for your requests for any kinds of special design cylinders.
